Pedaler’s Fair is an annual marketplace for Washington based, bicycle-inspired small businesses to exhibit their goods. In its first year, Pedaler’s Fair hosted 23 exhibitors and received over 1,000 guests. In addition to exhibitor booths we had live music, workshops and presentations.
The purpose of Pedaler’s Fair is two-fold: to provide a curated space for small, local, bicycle-based businesses; and to promote bicycling as a healthy, environmentally responsible mode of transit, adventure and recreation. Last year the Fair showcased a wide variety of products including handcrafted bicycle frames, touring bags for well traveled adventurers, smart clothing for city riders and artwork inspired by a passion for the bicycle.
Pedaler’s Fair is moving forward on its second year and is seeking support from local organizations and businesses. We would like to hold the second year of this event in a larger, more accommodating space, increase advertising to attract more attendees and involve even more community organizations.
