Hello and thank you for your interest in the 2013 Pedaler’s Fair! This years event is shaping up to be a fantastic one: we have a new location and a number of excited new exhibitors waiting to sign up. Before you fill out the application below, please take the time to read the following information about the event and the application process.
Pedaler’s Fair 2013 will be held on April 20 and 21 from 11am to 5pm daily, at the Underground Events Center in Belltown. Exhibitors can choose between a 6′ x 6′ space or a 3′ x 6′ space. Please email us first if you are interested in a 10′x10′ space as these spots are limited.
For the 6’ x 6’ space the cost is $90 entry fee plus $20 for a 6′ banquet table and 2 chairs. The 3’ x 6’ space is $70 entry fee plus $10 for a shared 6’ table and 1 chair.
Electricity and Internet (WiFi only) access will be limited, please plan accordingly and contact us with questions or requests. Also, we will not be able to mount (drill, nail etc) display items on the walls–Tape is ok.
Once again Pedaler’s Fair is focused on local crafters and so we are extending the invitation only to those doing business in Washington State. In addition, Pedaler’s Fair is a curated event; filling out the application is not a guarantee of entry. We will strive to represent a wide variety of exhibitors, products and services at the event so that your business stands out! Finally, we ask that exhibitors meet the following criteria:
- Washington owned, operated, and produced
- Businesses must employ less than 15 persons, this does not include any out-sourcing of labor, however any out-sourcing must still take place in Washington State.
- Exhibitors must display bicycle inspired products, arts and services
After we receive your application we will let you know your status in one week. We will also send you an invoice via Paypal so that you can secure your space. If you would prefer to pay in check or cash we would be happy to accommodate you.
